How the schedule is worked out
Start-by time = your play time minus the download time (size × 8,192 ÷ speed ÷ 3,600 hours), minus cleanup, minus your buffer. If the start-by time falls before 12 November, the preload window is shorter than you need, so start the moment preload opens. Boxed buyers cannot start until the code arrives and is redeemed.
